About

I am an Ordained Elder in the Minnesota Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church.   Currently I am appointed to Family Leave.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2015.  Managing my health can feel like a part time job.   Though I do not know if it will be shared beyond my family, I am writing a memoir of how my grandmother survived cancer in her 20s, my mom in her 40s and 50s, and me in my 30s.

My husband Marty is a computer security consultant.  We have two daughters. I served as a University Chaplain at Lambuth University in Jackson, TN, as a solo pastor at St. Francis UMC in St. Francis, MN, and as an Associate Pastor at Minnetonka United Methodist Church in Minnetonka, MN.  I am a graduate of Rhodes College and Vanderbilt Divinity School.
